Congratulations goes out to Bob Duffy and his committee on a very success affair. We had over 100 Ring 8 members, their family, friends and kids attend.

I want to thank everybody for attending Ring 8 Family Picnic and from all the feedback it appears that this will become an annual event. I want to extend a special thanks to Paulette who went above and beyond in attempting to provide transportation for Emile, but he was not permitted to leave his home care facility, but was successful in arranging transportation for Bill Tate, who’s arrival brought the biggest smile to every one’s face, he definitely was the V.I.P. , also to Henry Hascup, who made the trip all the way from New Jersey to show support for our first event , also the many thanks to all the NYSAC members, who were present, and a special thanks to Peter Frutkoff, who aside from taking many pictures, won the 50/50, and donated the $ 110.00 back to Ring 8.

PS  Dr Bohm finally got his award and he was just as happy to receive it …..whew …thank you for your patience ( no pun intended ) and a great welcome back to Stan Janousek and his trusted camera as he also took a great amount pictures that you can see below.
