5.30pm : Bob Duffy- Discussing Christmas Dinner, He obtained the contract for Russos. Bob’s also Hired a Photographer for free. He will make up CDs of the dinner and give each Honoree one for free, and sell them to emembers and alike for a sum. Tommy Gallagher and Bob Duffy are arranging for a D.J. Or Band for the event.
5.33pm : Tommy – Wants to arrange for a Prospect of the year category for Pro’s The First to be G. Bracero
5.37pm : Bob – Lou Raino is in the Hospital- Intensive care. Dave Yakowitz, Tony Mazzarella, Bob Duffy will present his award to him in the Hospital, will Photograph it and print it in the Journal.
5.39pm : Frank Pena – Talked with Virgil Hill at N.J. Boxing Hall of Fame Dinner on him attending Ring 8s Holiday Dinner.
5.40pm : Iran Barkley may not be attending, We will pay Ken Nortons expenses for him to attend.
5.44pm : Lenny – talked to Burt Young, He will be attending, Bob Mentions we are not getting ads as of now.
5.49pm : Bob and Tony DiPippoMention There will be 12 Honorees at the Dais Bob’s Knows someone with a PacMan and Freddie Roach signed Glove to auction off at Party, Possibly make some kind of monetary deal with him for it. Other Gloves, Alan Minter, Joe Calzaghe, Carl Froch. The N.Y.S. Athletic Commission is taking two tables at the Party. Bob Mentins Possibly Reaching out to Everlast for the Cheap 2.00 Gloves to sell at Party for People to use for Autographing. Also, Possibly Hiring a Security Firm to secure the auction Items, For we had a theft last year.
6.08pm : Keith – Going over what was Discussed at Special Board Meeting.
6.30pm : Keith – Explain at this Meeting exactly what went on concerning impeachment.
6.39pm : Tony DiPippo – Tony mentions that there are only 25 Gold Membership cards left, and at a cost of a dollar a card he will use the blue ones which he has 300.
6.51pm : Bob – the Sgt. At Arms Position we be a Monthly Rotation of Board Members till we fill the position.
